SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) If an order was placed on Friday, it will be shipped out by Monday.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship to all 50 states - Flat rate of $6
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination

International Shipping

  • Available to all countries - Flat rate of $15 | Canada - Flat rate of $6
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
