Some of our jewelry items are available as preorders, which means they are specially ordered or reserved just for you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your preorder within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, or once your preorder has been processed with our supplier, the order cannot be canceled.
If your preorder has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligible returns.
Refunds will be process within 5-7 business days.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.

Delays

Estimated preorder delivery dates are provided as a guide and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you and provide available options.
